¿Qué es tejido libre sin telar?

La persona artesana es ante todo una persona creativa, y como tal, inquieta y curiosa, le gusta aprender nuevas técnicas, experimentar con ellas y combinarlas con otras afines.

Así surgió el tejido libre sin telar, de la combinación entre taaniko (tejido maorí sin telar) y tejido de alto lizo (telar vertical).

The artisan is primarily a creative, and as such he or she is restless and curious. He or she likes to learn new techniques, experiment with them and combine them with related techniques.

Thus the free weaving without loom emerged, from the combination between taaniko (Maori without loom weaving) and high-warp weaving (vertical loom).
